1.What Is Thyroid Optimization Therapy?
Thyroid optimization involves the use of prescription—to help support symptoms that may be related to low or suboptimal thyroid function, even when lab results are within the “normal” range.
Thyroid management involves a comprehensive approach that combines both conventional medicine and holistic strategies. Typically, treatment includes thyroid medications such as thyroid medications—such as T3, T4, or a combination of both.
A holistic approach emphasizes addressing underlying causes, including nutritional deficiencies, stress, hormonal balance, gut health, and toxin exposure. Dietary adjustments, like increasing selenium, zinc, and iodine-rich foods, along with lifestyle modifications such as stress management, adequate sleep, regular exercise, and detoxification support can enhance overall thyroid health.
Personalized care, regular monitoring, and a focus on lifestyle factors are essential to optimize thyroid function and overall well-being. At WildBerryMD, we offer this therapy to support individuals who may experience persistent symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, or cold sensitivity. This is an elective, wellness-based treatment.
This service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
