All fees are final. Payments made for consultations and prescription processing are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of treatment outcome or patient decision not to proceed with recommended care. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
If a prescription is issued, including compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy, such medications are custom-prepared for the individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription and cannot be returned, resold, exchanged, or refunded.
Once a consultation has occurred or a prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy for processing, no refunds will be provided.
