Refund Policy

Our medications are ordered specifically per patient and therefore cannot be refunded. We have a ‘no refund policy’. Once a vial is started, you may use it until the expiration date specified in your chart. Please ask your medical provider of the expiration date. Typically all medications have an expiration date between 1-4 months (each medication varies). After this date, it is expired and discarded. Packages and vials cannot be used after they are expired.
